Up to now, OSC Vietnam’s hotel chain namely the Rex, the Grand and the Palace have been fully booked from 29th April to 2nd May. According to a sale executive of the Palace Hotel, many tourists to Ba Ria-Vung Tau have been complaining that they have to pay a lot more for common hotels and guest houses’ services during public holidays than normal days, and many of these tourists never dare to enter luxury hotels for fear that they cannot afford. However, they are not aware of the fact that staying in luxury 4 star hotels just cost them around 1.4 million VND/night, which is almost the same amount they have to pay for little hotels and guest houses during public holidays. In addition, if staying in luxury hotels, they will be offered complimentary breakfast, swimming ticket, Gym and soft drinks and fruits etc.
With a view to better serving our customers, service diversification is always seen as a top criterion by all of OSC Vietnam’s affiliate hotels. For the coming holidays, each of OSC Vietnam’s hotels has its own preparation and plan. The Grand will hold a gastronomic gala in combination with a music exchange featuring the theme “A Deep Night” on 30th April night. The Palace Hotel will hold piano nights at its Lobby Bar serving guests from 30/4 to 1/5/2010. Musicians from Ho Chi Minh city will perform wartime songs and love songs and as required by guests.
